We design and run community programmes for emerging-technology ecosystems. Our work brings developers, founders, and contributors together through hackathons, meet-ups, multi-day conventions, and educational tracks across Berlin, the wider DACH region, and Europe.
We partner with ecosystem foundations, protocol teams, and sponsors who want a serious operational partner to put their community ambitions on the ground, from a single launch event to a multi-year chapter programme.
Past work
Between 2023 and 2025, Vibe Studios operated as the organising entity behind Superteam Germany, running the chapter's events, hackathons, community programmes and grant operations across Berlin and the wider DACH region.
What we do
Events
End-to-end production of conferences, hackathons, workshops and side-events: venue, programme, speakers, logistics, on-the-ground execution.
Community
Ongoing community programmes: chapter operations, content, bounties, ambassador networks, and developer onboarding pipelines.
Conventions
Multi-day convention formats: agenda design, partner curation, sponsor activation, and post-event reporting for ecosystem stakeholders.
